4 cups chicken stock

2 stalks lemongrass, sliced

4 kaffir lime leaves
1 tablespoon Thai chili paste
1 cup chestnut mushrooms, sliced
1 cup straw mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons lime juice

Remove the heads and shells from the prawns, saving them for flavor.
