Combine ¾ cup water and 140g sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add ½ tsp cardamom powder and stir continuously until it boils for 1 minute, then turn off the stove.

In a separate skillet, sauté 140g white flour on low heat for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 100g of a mixture of sunflower oil, solid vegetable oil, and butter to the sautéed flour and stir for 1 minute.

Pour the syrup mixture into the flour and oil mixture and mix for 2 minutes, then turn off the stove.

Make a flat and thick layer of the mixture in a serving dish and let it set for 15 minutes before serving.
