Instructions

  1. 1Prepare an 8x8 inch square baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. 2Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut in a bowl.
  3. 3Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in granulated sugar and eggs until combined.
  4. 4Add the graham cracker mixture to the saucepan and mix until well combined.
  5. 5Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and chill for 30 minutes.

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 1/4 cup edible silver leaf (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed paan leaves and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
  2. 2Add the crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates, grated coconut, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. 3Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. 4Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (truffles).
  5. 5Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
