Instructions
- 1Prepare an 8x8 inch square baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- 2Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut in a bowl.
- 3Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in granulated sugar and eggs until combined.
- 4Add the graham cracker mixture to the saucepan and mix until well combined.
- 5Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- 6In a separate bowl, beat together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 7Spread the buttercream layer evenly over the chilled base layer.
- 8Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, stirring frequently.
- 9Pour the melted chocolate over the buttercream layer and spread evenly.
- 10Chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- 11Cut into squares and serve chilled.

- ●1/2 cup crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates
- ●1/4 cup grated coconut
- ●1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
- ●1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- ●1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
- ●1/4 cup edible silver leaf (optional)
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed paan leaves and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
- 2Add the crushed Ferrero Rocher chocolates, grated coconut, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 3Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- 4Once chilled, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (truffles).
- 5Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
- 6If using, apply edible silver leaf on top of each truffle for decoration.
- 7Place the truffles on a serving plate and refrigerate again for about 15 minutes before serving.
- 8Serve chilled as a dessert or sweet treat.

- 3Brush the melted butter over the entire surface of the pastry.
- 4Sprinkle the granulated sugar evenly over the buttered pastry.
- 5Fold the edges of the pastry towards the center, meeting in the middle.
- 6Fold the pastry in half again, creating a log shape.
- 7Slice the log into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized.
- 9Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
