Sunflower Honey Bread

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sunflower seeds, and salt.
Add the honey and olive oil to the yeast mixture, then pour it into the dry ingredients.
Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf or divide it into rolls.
Place the shaped dough onto a greased baking sheet or into a loaf pan.
Cover and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
