Black Bean Salsa

1 can black beans
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
1 can shoepeg corn
chopped cilantro
juice of 2 limes
1 jalapeno
garlic salt to taste
1/2 red onion, chopped
bell pepper (optional)

Drain the black beans using a handheld colander and run cold water over them to remove residual juice.

Dump the drained black beans into a bowl.

Drain the corn and add it to the bowl with the black beans.

Add both cans of Rotel Tomatoes to the bowl without draining them.

Chop additional red onion and cilantro to taste and add them to the bowl.

Roll the limes on the countertop to get the most juice out of them, then juice them and add to the bowl.

Seed and chop the jalapeno, adding it to the bowl; adjust the amount of seeds based on desired spice level.

Add garlic salt to taste and mix all ingredients together.
