Black Bean Salsa

1 small tomato
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice

Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water.

Rinse the black beans to reduce sodium content.
