Melt butter in a small pan.
Lay parchment paper on the bottom of the pan for easy transfer of the pie.
Grind cookies until very powdery to make the crust.
Add the ground cookies to the warm melted butter and mix until combined.
Transfer the mixture into the pan and press firmly to form a crust on the bottom and sides.
Chill the crust in the fridge until right before using.
Melt dark chocolate completely and set aside.
Whip heavy cream until fluffy, ensuring it is not too loose or stiff, then chill it in the fridge.
Whisk egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl.
In a small pan, heat heavy cream until it simmers gently.
Add about one-third of the hot cream to the egg yolk mixture while whisking, then add the rest gradually while whisking.
Pour the mixture back into the pan and heat gently while constantly mixing until steam starts to come out, then remove from heat immediately.
Whip the mixture immediately while it's hot until it cools down to body temperature.
Check the temperature of the melted chocolate; it should feel the same as the pot bomb mixture.
Add one-third of the pot bomb mixture to the chocolate and mix until roughly combined, then add the rest and fold until fully combined.
Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl to ensure everything is blended in, then add the whipped cream.
Add one-third of the whipped cream first and fold until roughly combined, then add the rest and fold until evenly incorporated.
Transfer the chocolate filling onto the prepared crust, tapping the surface to ensure there are no gaps between the crust and filling.
Smooth out the surface and chill in the fridge for at least 5 to 6 hours to set completely.
Make whipped cream by whipping heavy cream with sugar.
Heat the sides of the pan with a hot towel to help detach the pie easily.
Top the pie with whipped cream and chocolate curls or shredded chocolate before serving.
