1 tbsp Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 cups (340g) Pistachios - shelled, blanched and finely chopped
Another 1/4 cup Pistachios - finely grated for garnish
1 package (16oz) Phyllo #4 (filo) sheets - thawed overnight
1 cup (8 oz) Ghee - melted (or 1 1/8 cups (9oz) Unsalted butter, clarified)
