Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix 4 eggs and 1/2 cup butter until combined.
Add 1 3/4 cup sugar and mix well.
Gradually add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt to the egg mixture.
Pour in 1/4 cup cold water and mix until smooth.
Spread the batter into a baking dish, making sure the sides are higher than the middle.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
In a saucepan over low heat, warm 1 cup of evaporated milk, then add 1/2 cup coffee creamer and 1/2 cup condensed milk, stirring until combined.
Slowly pour the milk mixture over the baked cake, allowing it to soak in.
In a mixing bowl, whip 1 whole whipped cream and gradually add powdered sugar until desired sweetness is achieved.
Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake and garnish with fruit.
