- 3Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 4Add the sliced pork and shrimp to the pan, cooking until the pork is browned and the shrimp is pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5Push the meat to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
- 6Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan, mixing everything together.
- 7Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, stirring well to combine.
- 8Add the bean sprouts and green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 9Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting flavors as needed.
- 10Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
