Soak 2 cups of sugar beans overnight.

In a pressure cooker, add soaked sugar beans, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, and 2 cups water.

Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then release the pressure.

In a pot, heat cooking oil over medium heat until it covers the base.
