2 tbls olive oil
1 tbl sofrito
2 -3 sprigs cilantro
1 package Sazon
8 oz tomato sauce
¼ cup olives with capers
¼ cup white vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in garlic and sofrito, cooking for a few more minutes.

Add tomato sauce, olives with capers, white vinegar, and Sazon to the pan.

Add bay leaf and cilantro, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
