1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Prepare the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them.

In a mixing bowl of an electric mixer, add olive oil and sugar and whisk until sugar is almost dissolved.
