dried red chili - 4 pcs

roasted cumin powder - 0.5 tsp
garam masala powder - 0.5 tsp
all-purpose flour - 3 cups
active yeast - 1 tbsp
sugar - 1.5 tbsp
salt - 1 tsp (to taste)
egg - 1
warm water - as needed
oil - 1 tbsp (for dough)
