Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the kaloungy by cutting off the tops and scooping out the insides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Sauté chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in thyme, parsley, diced tomato, black pepper, and salt; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in bread crumbs, egg, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
Stuff the kaloungy with the turkey mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
Place the stuffed kaloungy in a baking dish and drizzle with lime juice.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
