1

Add all purpose flour to a bowl.

2

Add 1 tablespoon of instant yeast, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and salt to taste into the bowl.

3

Mix all ingredients nicely.

4

Slowly add lukewarm water and knead the flour gently with your hand to make a soft, smooth dough.

5

Once the dough is ready, apply a little bit of oil on top of the dough.

6

Cover the dough with a cotton cloth and keep it aside for about 1 and 1/2 hours.

7

After 1 and 1/2 hours, uncover the dough and check that it has fermented nicely.

8

Sprinkle a little bit of all purpose flour and knead the dough again.

9

Divide the dough and make a medium-sized ball, sprinkling all purpose flour on your working surface area.

10

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to make a chapati that is thick and about 8-10 inches in diameter.

11

Pick the chapati with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.

12

Heat a frying pan and once it is hot, add the pizza base.

13

Cook the base on medium flame for about 2-3 minutes.

14

After 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas flame and flip the base over.

15

Add pizza sauce on top of the base.

16

Add different colors of bell pepper, slices of onion, baby corn, and olives on top of the sauce.

17

Sprinkle Italian seasoning and oregano, then add lots of mozzarella cheese.

18

Finally, add a little bit of red chili flakes on top.

19

Cover the pizza and take another tawa to cook it on low flame for about 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted nicely.

20

After 5-6 minutes, open the lid to check if the pizza is ready.

21

Take the pizza out on a plate and let it cool down a little bit.

22

Cut the pizza with a pizza cutter.
