Start by placing 2 cups of shredded iceberg lettuce into a large mixing bowl.
Chop 1/4 pound of deli ham into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl.
Slice hard salami into strips and add it to the bowl.
Add pepperoni to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl.
Cut Vermont cheddar cheese into cubes and add it to the bowl.
Cut Munster cheese into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
Chop 1 red onion into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
Quarter about 8 cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Chop banana peppers and add them to the bowl.
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of zesty Italian dressing, 1 tablespoon of banana pepper juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well with a whisk.
Taste the dressing and adjust if necessary.
Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl and mix everything together carefully to avoid spilling.
Slice fresh hoagie rolls about three-quarters of the way through, keeping the edges intact.
Optionally, pull out some of the bread from inside the rolls to make more room for the filling.
Fill the hoagie rolls with the chopped Italian mixture.
