Chop store-bought kifi into small pieces after bringing it to room temperature.
In a pan, melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
Add the kifi to the pan and mix well to coat with butter, stirring constantly until it turns golden brown and toasty.
Taste test the kifi to ensure it's crunchy and ready, then transfer it to a bowl.
Add a small amount of tahini paste to the kifi, stirring gently to mix, being careful not to overpower the flavor.
Add pistachio butter to the toasted kifi while it's still hot, mixing well to coat the kifi evenly.
Melt white and dark chocolate by placing chocolate chips in a bowl over a pot of steaming water (double boiler) or using the microwave in 10-second intervals.
Add oil-based food color to the melted white chocolate for decoration.
Drizzle and splatter the colored white chocolate into the mold, creating a decorative layer.
Coat the molds with the melted chocolate, ensuring an even thin layer, and tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
Refrigerate the molds for about 5 minutes to let the chocolate set.
Spread the pistachio kifi filling evenly on top of the chocolate layer in the mold, pressing gently to level it off.
Pour another layer of melted chocolate over the filling, smoothing it out evenly, and tap the mold to remove air bubbles.
Refrigerate the molds for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.
Carefully remove the chocolate bars from the molds, cleaning the edges with a food scraper if needed.
