100 year old Gingerbread Recipe

Add about 1 cup more of flour to thicken the dough until it can be turned out onto a floured surface.

Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth enough to form a ball.

Divide the dough in half and place one half on a floured surface for rolling.

Prepare a cookie sheet by spraying it with non-stick spray.
