Add 1 packet of sazon, 1 tablespoon of adobo, 1 tablespoon of sofrito, and 2 tablespoons of mojito seasoning to the oil.

Clean chicken drumsticks and make 2-3 slits on each side to ensure even cooking.

Season the chicken thoroughly with the prepared seasonings, massaging them into the meat.

Let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes.

Check the oil temperature to ensure it is hot before frying.

Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil without crowding the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid to prevent splashing, leaving it slightly ajar for steam to escape.

Fry the chicken for 12 minutes on one side, then turn it over and fry for another 12 minutes.

Check the chicken for doneness; it should have no blood or pink inside and have a nice golden color.
