Season with cumin, coriander, chili powder, ancho chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour in chicken broth and add corn, cannellini beans, and chicken bouillon.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.

Stir in Greek yogurt (or sour cream/heavy cream) and lime juice.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with avocado, cheese, jalapeños, and lime wedges.
