White Chicken Chili

4 cups chicken broth
4 cans Cannellini or White Kidney beans
2 small cans green chilis
16 oz sour cream
16 oz half and half
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Cook chicken breast in the crock pot until it's cooked.

Shred the chicken and drain out the water.

Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot.

Add 4 cups of chicken broth, 4 cans of Cannellini or White Kidney beans (drained), and 2 small cans of green chilis. Mix it up and let it cook for a few hours.

About 30 minutes before you are ready to eat, add 16 oz of sour cream and 16 oz of half and half, stir.

Add 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp oregano, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Let warm for 30 minutes.
