- 2Cut the wood apple in half and scoop out the pulp into a mixing bowl.
- 3Mash the pulp with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
- 4Add jaggery to the mashed pulp and mix well until dissolved.
- 5Finely chop green chilies and ginger, then add to the mixture.
- 6Sprinkle in salt and cumin seeds, mixing thoroughly.
- 7Add lemon juice and stir to combine all ingredients.
- 8Chop fresh coriander and fold it into the chutney.
- 9Adjust seasoning with black salt to taste.
- 10Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
