Instructions

  2. 2Cut the wood apple in half and scoop out the pulp into a mixing bowl.
  3. 3Mash the pulp with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  4. 4Add jaggery to the mashed pulp and mix well until dissolved.
  5. 5Finely chop green chilies and ginger, then add to the mixture.
  6. 6Sprinkle in salt and cumin seeds, mixing thoroughly.

  8. 8Chop fresh coriander and fold it into the chutney.
