1 broccoli (400 grams) cut into florets
1/2 cup hung curd
1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1 tbsp kasoori methi (optional)
1 tbsp gram /garbanzo flour
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 tbsp extra virgin oil or any oil
salt as per taste

Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into florets.

In a bowl, mix hung curd, garlic ginger paste, kasoori methi, gram flour, cumin powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, green cardamom powder, grated processed cheese, extra virgin oil, and salt to create the marinade.
