While the water is boiling, microwave 1 cup of frozen sweet peas with a splash of water for about 2 minutes, checking and stirring after 1 minute.

Chop a large stick of celery into small chunks.

Dice about 3/4 of a medium yellow onion, removing any mold and using a technique to create small cubes.

Combine the cooked noodles, sweet peas, chopped celery, and diced onion in a mixing bowl.
