8 cups of water
1 cup of brown sugar

Measure out 3 pieces of moby bark.

Cut a 1 inch piece of cassia cinnamon and a 2 inch piece of dalchini cinnamon.

Measure out 2 pieces of mace, 3 star anise, 2 teaspoons of aniseed, 1 teaspoon of clove, and 1 large bay leaf.

Combine all the spices to create the moby mixture.

Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil.
