1 cup smoked Titus fish, flaked
1 cup smoked mackerel fish, flaked
2 teaspoons seasoning powder
1 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
