2 tbs cornflour (corn starch)
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tbs rice flour
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
1 tbs gram flour (chickpea flour)

Blend the soaked beans with 2 green chilies, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 and 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, and 1/2 cup coriander stems, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of water as needed.

Add 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 2 tablespoons cornflour, 1/4 tsp carom seeds, 1 tablespoon rice flour, 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon gram flour, and 1/2 tsp baking powder to the mixture and mix well.

Preheat oil in a frying pan.

Fry 1 tablespoonful of the mixture on medium-low flame, turning gently until golden brown and crispy.
