Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 stick melted butter
1 egg
0.5 tablespoons vanilla
pinch of salt
0.25 cups Keto brown sugar
0.5 cups half ayalos and half erythritol
1.25 cups Keto flour
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
0.75 cups Chalk Zero's milk chocolate chips

Melt one stick of butter.

In a bowl, combine the melted butter, one egg, half a tablespoon of vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Add a quarter of a cup of Keto brown sugar to the mixture.

Mix in half a cup of half ayalos and half erythritol.

Stir in one and a quarter cups of Keto flour and half a teaspoon of baking powder.

Add three quarters of a cup of Chalk Zero's milk chocolate chips to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together on low speed to avoid flour flying everywhere.

Scoop the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet using a two tablespoon scoop, pressing it in to fill completely.

Flatten each cookie with your palm since they won't spread during baking.

Place the cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, watching for browning.
