mozzarella cheese

Add double the amount of flour to a bowl.
Add instant dry yeast and salt to the flour.
Pour in 3/4 of the water and let the flour absorb it.
Gradually add the remaining water a little at a time.
Incorporate extra virgin olive oil a little at a time, mixing well.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato basata, extra virgin olive oil, dry oregano, and salt.
Spread a first layer of tomato sauce over the dough, ensuring it covers everywhere including the edges.
Bake the pizza in the oven.
Add more tomato sauce in the center, not reaching the edges, along with extra virgin olive oil and oregano.
Return the pizza to the oven for a few more minutes.
