In a large bowl, take 2 cup maida, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp salt.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Add ¼ cup curd and ½ cup milk, knead to form a soft dough.
Add milk as needed while kneading.
Incorporate 2 tbsp olive oil and knead until the dough is soft.
Grease the dough with a little olive oil, cover, and let it rest for 1 hour.
After resting, knead the dough slightly.
Pinch a ball-sized piece of dough and roll it out slightly thick, ensuring uniform thickness.
Prick the rolled dough with a fork to prevent puffing while cooking.
Cook the pizza base on a hot tawa, flipping to cook both sides on medium flame.
The mini pizza base is ready, keep aside.
To make instant pizza sauce, mix ½ cup tomato sauce, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, ½ tsp chilli flakes, and 1 tsp mixed herbs in a small bowl.
Spread ½ tbsp of the homemade instant pizza sauce on the half-cooked pizza base.
Top with capsicum, onion, tomato, sweet corn, jalapeno, and olives.
Garnish with 2 tbsp of cheese.
Place the pizza on a hot tawa over low flame, cover, and cook until the cheese melts and the base is fully cooked.
Top with chilli flakes and mixed herbs before serving.
