In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.

In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the ripe bananas to the butter and sugar mixture and mash until smooth.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (or mini loaf pans if using).
