Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
Drain fruit cocktails, nata de coco, kaong from the syrup then set aside.
Using a whisk or a hand mixer, prepare the cream mixture by combining all purpose cream & condensed milk together then set aside.
In a separate big bowl pour the cooked elbow macaroni and add 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise and coat evenly. Then, pour half of the cream mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients - fruit cocktail, kaong, nata de coco, cheese and raisins. Mix everything together to combine.
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
