Add 1/2 cup organic vanilla protein powder to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon baking powder to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to the bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to the bowl.
Whisk the dry ingredients together until well combined.
Check the batter consistency and add a couple tablespoons of milk if needed.
Preheat the waffle iron according to its specific instructions.
Lightly spray the waffle iron with coconut oil.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter into each section of the waffle iron.
Cook the waffles for about 2 minutes and 45 seconds, longer than the green light indicates.
Use a fork to lift the waffles out of the waffle iron after cooking.
Place the waffles on a board to cool.
Repeat the cooking process for the remaining batter.
