Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
While baking, prepare the syrup by boiling water and sugar until thickened.
Add rose water and cinnamon to the syrup, mixing well.
Once the cake is baked, pour the syrup over it while still warm.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds before serving.
