450 grams salmon

Prepare the hoisin glaze by mixing 1/4 cup hoisin sauce and 2 tablespoons Sriracha in a bowl.

Slice 450 grams of salmon into 1 cm thick chunks and place on a sheet pan with toasted sesame oil.

Coat the salmon with toasted sesame oil and spread it out evenly on the pan.

Preheat the oven to high broil and place the salmon on the top rack for about 7.5 to 8 minutes.
