Russian Salad

1 pc Carrots
150 gms Beans
1 cup Green Peas
1 cup Corn
1 pc Apple
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper Powder
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 cup Fresh Cream

Start by dicing the vegetables into small cubes.

Then boil the Potatoes and Carrots in a saucepan until they are tender but not mushy.

Then add the Green Peas, Beans and Corn into the same boiling water and let them cook for 2 – 3 minutes until their raw flavour goes away.

Now in a large mixing bowl, combine all the boiled and diced vegetables – Potatoes, Carrots, Green Peas, Beans, Corn, and Apple.

Add the Mayonnaise and Fresh Cream along with some Salt and Black Pepper Powder to enhance the flavour.

Then start mixing all the ingredients gently avoiding mashing them.

Cover the Salad bowl with a wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
