1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup okra, sliced
2 cups bonito broth

1 lb chicken breast
1/4 cup sake
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 radish, sliced
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 lb pork belly
8 oz udon noodles
2 cups mentsuyu water
1 teaspoon black pepper

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Wash the rice a few times and let it cool.

2

Prepare miso soup by adding bell peppers, half an onion, and Napa cabbage into the pot.

3

Add miso and sprinkle frozen green onions into the soup.

4

Cook the rice after it has cooled.

5

Thaw the frozen pork naturally, or heat it up in the microwave if still a bit frozen.

6

Use a mini frying pan to sandwich the pork between the onions and steam for about 20 minutes.

7

Add 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the pork.

8

Prepare a side dish with bean sprouts, okra (sprinkled with salt to remove fuzz), and bell peppers, cutting the onion into wedges.

9

Pack the vegetables into the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

10

Grind 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and prepare a sauce with 1 tbsp miso, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.

11

Use frozen rice and add frozen mixed grain rice if not enough.

12

Marinate chicken breast with 1 tbsp sake, 1 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt.

13

Cook 3 cups of rice.

14

Finely chop green onions and ginger for the dressing, mixing with 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp sugar.

15

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add green onions for extra flavor.

16

Steam the marinated chicken breast for about 20 minutes.

17

Plate the sauce made earlier and serve with a big serving of rice.

18

Prepare a main dish of udon noodles, steaming them on the second level for 20 minutes along with vegetables and meat.

19

Add mentsuyu water and the whole onion, making six cuts in it for even cooking.

20

Season with sake, salt, and black pepper while steaming.

21

Serve everything on top of the udon after 20 minutes.
