3 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tsp Arabic masala powder
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 pieces chopped tomato
1 kg chicken with bone, cut into 1/8 pieces
1 piece potato
1 piece grated carrot
2 liters water
3 pieces dry lemon
some green chillies
juice of 1 piece lemon
Rigaag khaboos
fresh coriander

Heat 1/4 cups of cooking oil in a pot.

Add 2 pieces of chopped onion and light brown them.

Add salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and 3 tsp Arabic masala powder; mix well.

Add a little water to prevent the spices from burning and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 2 pieces of chopped tomato and 1/4 cup tomato paste; mix and cook for at least 10 minutes.

Add 1 kg chicken cut into 1/8 pieces and 1 piece potato and 1 piece grated carrot.

Fry the chicken and vegetables with spices for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add 2 liters of water and 3 pieces of dry lemon and some green chillies; mix well.

Cover and cook for half an hour, checking if the chicken and vegetables are cooked.

Add the juice of 1 piece of lemon and cook for 2 more minutes before turning off the flame.

In a deep plate, add 2 pieces of Rigaag khaboos, breaking them up.

Layer with the prepared salna, ensuring the Rigaag khaboos soak well.

Arrange the vegetables and chicken on top, then add more salna.

Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon before serving.
