In a bowl, add 170 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 80 milliliters water and knead it into a dough.

Cover it with clean cloth and rest for 20 minutes.

In a blender, add 100 grams cabbage, 90 grams onions, 70 grams carrots, 60 grams bell pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and blend it well.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add blended veggies and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

Remove it from heat and cool for 10 minutes.

Take a ball from prepared dough and make it flatten with the help of rolling pin.

Add prepared stuffing and shape it into a dumpling.

In a heavy skillet, add 700 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.

Add prepared dumpling and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add 15 grams carrots, 10 grams bell pepper, 2 tablespoons green spring onions and cook for 1 minute.

Add 120 grams Maggi noodles, 2 teaspoons Maggi tastemaker, 1 tablespoon Maggi masala and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Cover it with lid and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

Open the lid and stir well. Remove it from heat.

Garnish with chilli oil and green spring onions.

Serve.
