Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese together in a bowl.
Add sugar and organic eggs to the mixture.
Incorporate lemon into the mixture, mixing until combined.
Mix by hand to keep the cottage cheese lumps intact.
Prepare a graham cracker crust with wheat germ and crushed almonds, pressing it down with Saran Wrap to avoid mess.
Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Place the cheesecake on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 325°F for 60 to 75 minutes.
After baking, let it cool and optionally refrigerate for an hour or enjoy warm.
Top the cheesecake with Greek lemon yogurt as icing.
