In a bowl, whisk together 6 extra large eggs, 2 cups of whole milk, 3/4 cup of 35% cream, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until well combined.

Dip the bread pieces into the egg mixture and line them up in the casserole dish.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of golden raisins and 1/2 cup of chopped dried apricots on top of the bread.
