Sift 420 grams of flour into a bowl.

Add 2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp olive oil to the flour.

Measure 250 ml of warm beer and stir it with the other ingredients.

Knead the dough by hand for 3 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the table with flour and divide the dough into 12 pieces.

Make balls out of the pieces and cover them to prevent drying.

Roll out each ball thinly to a diameter of 25-27 cm (10-11 inches).

Place the raw pita bread on a hot skillet over medium heat.

Cook for about 40 seconds, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes without burning.

Put the hot flatbread on a plate and brush both sides with boiling water.

Cover with a food bag and a towel to steam the pita bread.

Continue cooking the remaining dough in the same manner.

Cover all cooked pita bread with a food bag and let them rest for 30 minutes.
