Add 2 lbs chopped up steak into a large bowl.

Add 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp cornstarch to the bowl.

Mix everything together using your hands until coated.

Take out a large stovetop pan, specifically a cast iron wok, and turn the burner on medium-high heat.

Add around 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the pan and coat it completely.

Once the oil heats up, add the steak to the pan and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Prepare the sauce by adding 4 oz of beef broth, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of brown sugar substitute, 4 tbsp of low sodium oyster sauce, 1 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, and 1 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp of cold water into a bowl and mix.

Flip the steak over after a couple of minutes and let it cook for another couple of minutes.

Add 2 tsp of minced garlic to the pan around a minute before the steak is done cooking.

Chop the broccoli and add it into boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, or prepare it in the microwave or another preferred method.

Add the sauce mixture to the pan with the cooked steak and the chopped broccoli, mixing everything together.

Let it simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens, knowing it's done when it looks thick and glossy.
