1 Romaine Lettuce
3 Lemons
2 Cups of cherry tomatoes
1 Small red onion
4 Persian cucumbers
1 Cup fresh cilantro
1 cup Fresh mint
2 pita breads (cut in bite size pieces)
2 Tbsp citrusy garlic seasoning
7 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Za'atar
1 Tbsp Sumac
3 Tbsp Pomegranate molasses
2 Minced garlic
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 425 F.

In a medium size bowl mix chickpeas with 2 tbsp olive oil and lemon citrusy seasoning.

Place in oven at 425F for 20 minutes. Flip chickpeas halfway through.

Slice all vegetables and put in a large bowl.

To mix the dressing mix pomegranate molasses with minced garlic, fresh lemon and 3 tbsp olive oil.

Mix bite size pita breads with 2 tbsp olive oil, sumac and Za'atar. Place in oven at 350 F for 7 minutes or until crispy.

Add chickpeas and pour dressing on top and mix well.

Add the crispy pita bread to salad immediately before service and gently toss again.
