Nutella Baked Oats | easy + vegan

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish with butter.

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, Nutella, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Fold in chocolate chips and sliced banana.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set and slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Serve warm, optionally topped with additional Nutella or fresh fruit.
