Nutella Baked Oats | That Nutella center is everything!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or ramekin.

In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the rolled oats (or oat flour), protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt with the wet ingredients and mix well until combined.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish. Add a tablespoon of Nutella in the center, then pour the remaining batter on top to cover it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool slightly before digging in. You can drizzle a little extra Nutella on top if desired or add some fresh fruit.
