Take medium sized Potatoes and peel the skin off completely.

Grate all the Potatoes and wash in iced cold water.

Squeeze the Potatoes using a muslin cloth to completely drain off moisture.

In a mixing bowl, combine the squeezed and grated Potatoes with 1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour, 1 tsp of finely chopped green Chillies, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic, and 1 tbsp of chopped Coriander.

Add 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder, 3/4 tsp of Salt, and 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, and mix well.

Heat oil in a preheated cooking pan to shallow fry.

Shape the batter as desired and fry from both sides until golden and crispy on medium flame.
