In the same pan, add 1.5 tbsp garlic oil and chopped yellow onions; cook until aromatic.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce; cook for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, then remove and set aside.

Add remaining garlic oil, all eggs, and half of the remaining light soy sauce to the pan; stir vigorously for about 1.5 minutes until slightly set.

Add 1 tsp crispy fried garlic to the eggs and mix until thickened and slightly dry.

Add cooked rice, spreading throughout the pan; add remaining seasonings and mix until evenly colored.

Add cooked vegetables, crab meat, and 2/3 of crispy fried garlic; mix until well distributed.

Taste and adjust seasoning as preferred; add most of the spring onions, reserving some for garnish, and stir to combine.
