Honey Mustard Chicken Wings

2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic powder
500 grams chicken wings
spring onions (for garnish)

Add 4 tablespoons of sesame oil to a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard to the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder to the bowl and whisk until well combined.

Add 500 grams of chicken wings to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours if in a rush).

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the marinated chicken wings on it, leaving space between each wing.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through at the 25-minute mark.

After flipping, return the wings to the oven for another 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the wings from the oven and garnish with spring onions before serving.
